In his role as Managing Partner and Co-founder of NextGen Investment Partners, LLC, Jordan provides experience in sourcing, due diligence, capital raising, investor relations, and asset management. His conservative and analytical approach enable him to clearly assess risk and invest wisely to maximize client returns while preserving their principal investment.
NextGen Investment Partners specializes in educating and creating opportunities for passive investors. Helping people multiply their financial freedom and build generational-changing wealth by passively investing in high-value multifamily/commercial real estate opportunities. Jordan has built a strong network of real estate professionals and a trusted advisory panel. He currently owns, or is invested in, over 760 doors. He prides himself on his ability to develop meaningful long-term relationships by helping others achieve their goals.
Jordan is based in Rochester, MN with is wife Kala, daughters Hazel & Presley, and German Shorthaired Pointer named Capone. He enjoys being outdoors, playing golf, hiking, traveling, and creating lasting experiences with his family.
Dr. KALA HINZ, DDS, MS
Co-Founder | Managing Partner
Kala is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of NextGen Investment Partners, LLC, where she leads investor relations and acquisitions. Raised in Rochester, MN, Kala has built a dual career as both a successful real estate investor and a practicing Pediatric Dentist in her hometown.
Kala attended the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree before obtaining her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. She further specialized in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Illinois at Chicago, earning a specialty license and a Master of Science in Oral Sciences.
Alongside her husband and business partner, Jordan, Kala is an accredited investor with experience in transactions exceeding $114 million in commercial assets. Her mission is to create opportunities for everyday wage earners to build lifelong passive income, accelerate financial freedom, and generate legacy wealth. By partnering with well-established operators on larger multifamily real estate deals, she helps investors access institutional-grade opportunities that were once out of reach for individuals.
